Just adding my case number. Is there any other way to do it?

Not sure if there is more than one way, but I did it this way:

- Go to https://www.uscis.gov;

- Click on Check your Case Status;

- Click on Account login (if you haven't got an account yet, please create one by clicking on sign up);

- If you do have an account, just log in with your username and password;

- Then type in your case number and click on Add Case (please make sure you include the first three letters of your case number);

What is the error message that you are getting? Do you want to send me a private message with your case number and I'll see if it works for me?

The case is probably not o the system then. Mine didn't for like 2 months and I couldn't add it to myuscis

Ok guys help my joint sponsor is married but separated she has one dependant n my self what should she put for amount in household?? Next thing she can't tell how much she will be earning for the year since she actually works to pay her self, is it necessary for her to include 2014 n 2013 transcript

Responded to my RFE today Shipped original certified transcript of birth. Shipped Express over night, should be there tomorrow before noon

Luckily it doesn't start all over they just pick up where they left it

If she only has you then the household size is 2. If she is self employed then yes she will need all 3 tax returns.

I'm still waiting on my RFIE hardcopy, I'm hoping I get it today or tomorrow. I'm anxious to send my response back and get it back on track.

Not sure you'd be putting down 2 or even 3 for that matter as a household size. I just quickly looked at the instructions and looks like it would go like this:

1 for the immigrant being sponsored (you as the immigrant applicant)

1 for yourself (your sponsor)

1 for your spouse, if you are currently married (your sponsor's spouse)

1 for dependent (your sponsor's dependent)

So your sponsor's household size would compute to 4. Even though she may claim she doesn't live with her spouse, if she is technically "Married", she would need to add 1 - per the instructions.

This is a very quick look so anybody correct me if I'm wrong...

I second that, your joint sponsor needs their tax return copies. IRS transcripts carry more weight than a copy of the tax return so try to send the transcripts instead.

Also, just a heads up, if the joint sponsor is self-employed take a look at the "bottom line" of their Schedule C form to make sure it's above the poverty guidelines. Often times with self-employed the "business income" to us is not what immigration considers "income". Look at what the net is of the self-employment income (income minus expenses).

So they got my letter this morning at 9am. Sent it to the express address

People who had an RFE, how long did it take for the status on the USCIS app to change to anything else than RFE sent??... Also since I have done my biometrics already, can I expect my EAD card anytime soon?

Can changed to RFE received today or in a few days.

People from mid August are still waiting for EAD so don't expect it to come right now.

Ohh I'm not, I was just wondering if that 30-45 days after biometrics is still accurate, or if they need longer these days

It really depends I see people getting GC approved with days 58-65 and up of course and EAD/AP approved about 62-75 days

Got my RFIE hardcopy yesterday in the mail and sure enough it's for exactly what I wrote about in a prior post... the form error "glitch" where it deleted my name as the sponsor in one section.

Sooo I'll prob be sending this right back today if I'm not too busy at work, if not tomorrow for sure
