I rather would've waited another 2-3 weeks without hearing anything than a RFE lol. Oh well, I'll keep you guys updated. Literally have no idea what it could be

Just got our NOAs in the mail for the biometrics appointment!

I literally laughed because just yesterday I had called to check and the rep said he didn't see anything hahaha

Notice date is 10/7/16 and postmark was 10/12/16.

Scheduled for 10/27 :)

Hi Maria, I would like to confirm if your Bio Appointment Letter is for I-485 and I-765 only can be found under case Type and below portion of the notice?

If I remember the earlier posts, I think the OP mentioned it was for not meeting the poverty thresholds regarding the I-864.

One quick thing to check, on the I-864 you sent it, did the sponsor's name get accidently deleted from somewhere in the middle of the document? I posted about this "computer glitch" and how others have gotten an RFE for that.

My attorney messed up and missed an SSN input on one of the forms :/

It's been almost four weeks since they received my paperwork. I got the text / emails but still no hardcopy :-(

Adjustment of Status from F1

09/21: Documents sent

09/23: Documents received according to USPS tracking

09/26: Case receipt (Day 0)

10/05: Fingerprint fee accepted (Day 9)

10/06: Checks have been cashed (Day 10)

10/06: NOA (text and email) for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 at 9:25pm (Day 10)

10/11: Receipt numbers work online (Day 15)

10/31: Biometrics Appointment scheduled for 11/10 (Day 35)

11/10: Biometrics Appointment (Day 45)

12/01: Interview scheduled for January 5  (Day 66)

12/03: Interview appointment in mail (Day 68)

12/13: AP approved (Day 78)

12/13: New card is being produced (EAD) (Day 78)

12/15: Card was mailed to me (Day 80)

12/24: Card received (Day 89)

in the email it said i would receive my hard copies in 7 to 10 days but I did not receive anything. I called USCIS and they told me that they cannot verify my address right now??

I have the Case Tracker APP but there is no date? Where an i find the date you are referring to?
