Georgia the noa I have is for i765 no other ones and the rfe letter as for my bio appt it was today so I guess I have to wait till I get a next appt do u think I can go Monday n try even thou they r going to reschedule

ok I will try Tuesday thanks guys ,yes Georgia I did but when I select didn't receive mails it didn't show the forms that I am requesting

Yes it is. I485 I just looked and it's there and then in the next one you choose family based.

Some are fast and some aren't it really just depends I have seen people in July and august waiting a while.

Also there are people from mid August still haven't gotten their bio letter.

Anyway i'm glad you got it and can relax a bit.

It varies, I was able to see my cases the 09/26/2016 after I received the Text with receipt numbers on 09/23/2016

how do we get Bio appointment? A letter?

I got my text messages on 9/23 and didn't hear anything about Biometrics yet

Got my texts same day as your 09/23/2016 s, and no bio letter yet, we just got the hardcopies of our receipts on Tuesday... snail mail

Has everyone started a new Evidence bin for the ones adjusting from a Tourist Visa that filed a I-130 along with the I485 form?

We send in all kinds of evidence from Check-saving joint account, 4 joint credit cards, Utility bills joint, Life insurance on each other, Auto insurance, Him on my policy as a NON DRIVER, and tons more.

At the time, I did not know that we should bring that to interview. Oh well , they have it ahead of time.

I tried to do walk-in this morning for my biometrics, the security let me in and called the manager but she didn't let me because there were a lot of people there already.

I did not adjust from tourist visa but from student visa. I did not sent evidence with it since my advisor told me that this would look like you have to justify something. But I guess thats something a lot of people do anyways so I dont think its gonna make anything better or worse. We only have one joint saving account. We do not have life isurance and we cant get one the same lease since the managmenet wont alow another person. Sure I could move and get on the same lease but honestly I think this is kind of stupid.

Same here, I rented my apartment and bought my SUV before I met my husband, that is about the only things that are not joint. When we get further into this immigration and he starts working, then we will rent a house, with his name on lease too, but for now, I sent them all we had.

It is Day 16 and we still don't have any NOA's. Both of us called USCIS and they said that they did receive the documents and that we should have gotten the NOA's already in the mail. They did give us our current receipt numbers at least for all 4 petitions (it took like 6 calls to get them all). They also confirmed that our mailing address is correct in their system. I guess we just have to keep on waiting for the NOA's.
