how do we get Bio appointment? A letter?

I got my text messages on 9/23 and didn't hear anything about Biometrics yet :(

you recieve a letter it usually appears a few weeks after your NOA's some people can get it as early as a few days after there NOA but its typically 2-3weeks after the NOA... If 30days has past from receiving your NOA call USCIS and notify them

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

01/22/19... Reiceved 18 months extension in mail

11/04/19... Bio done at Tampa Office

12/01/19... APPLIED FOR N400 WITH PENDING I-751

12/01/19... NOA Case received and case nr

12/03/19... I751 got transferred to NVC

July 1st, 2019  10 YEAR GREEN CARD APPROVED

July 5th, 2019   Approval letters for I-130 & I-485 received in the USPS  mail.

Hummm, you said, tax returns photo copies or Tax transcripts?

Cause I order tax transcripts from IRS for past 3 filing years, along with letter of employment is what I submitted. Oh and 6 months of recent pay stubs.

Did not submit W2's or 1040's RFE coming my way???? (I do meet the Poverty guide line)

Your good, tax return transcript is good enough. You only need to submit your W2's if you give them your returns to back it up, to show that your actually making enough.

So after I spent money on new passport pictures and prepared a second application I finally got my NOAs as text and email messages (14 weeks after it has been delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox) yayyyyyy ?

Adjustment of Status from F1

09/21: Documents sent

09/23: Documents received according to USPS tracking

09/26: Case receipt (Day 0)

10/05: Fingerprint fee accepted (Day 9)

10/06: Checks have been cashed (Day 10)

10/06: NOA (text and email) for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 at 9:25pm (Day 10)

10/11: Receipt numbers work online (Day 15)

10/31: Biometrics Appointment scheduled for 11/10 (Day 35)

11/10: Biometrics Appointment (Day 45)

12/01: Interview scheduled for January 5  (Day 66)

12/03: Interview appointment in mail (Day 68)

12/13: AP approved (Day 78)

12/13: New card is being produced (EAD) (Day 78)

12/15: Card was mailed to me (Day 80)

12/24: Card received (Day 89)

Appt for bio today but went to the office and it's closed due to hurricane Matthew in Florida so upset cause I was going to do my early walking and husband stop me saying I should wait until my time smh cause everybody luck is different now am even more delay cause I already got rfe smh worst am so worried and stress I need to work and go home to see my kids question too guys can I submit a i131 since I didn't with my package even thou i still haven't received paper noa for i485 only the letter for rfe n my i765 now

You won't get delayed because you can't do early walk in.

Yes just sent the package and a copy of your NOA1 from the AOS and a cover letter then the fee will be waived.

try again on monday.. 9 times out of 10 they will let you walk in but make sure you take letter with you

You won't get delayed because you can't do early walk in.

Yes just sent the package and a copy of your NOA1 from the AOS and a cover letter then the fee will be waived.

Georgia the noa I have is for i765 no other ones and the rfe letter as for my bio appt it was today so I guess I have to wait till I get a next appt do u think I can go Monday n try even thou they r going to reschedule
