July 5th, 2019   Approval letters for I-130 & I-485 received in the USPS  mail.

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

Yes - that's a big one! The RFE response should be a complete packet on it's own so that whichever adjudicator picks up the RFE response can adjudicate from that response alone. So make sure you not only include the I-864 but ALL the supporting backup even if you had already sent something else related to it with the original packet.

supporting documents???? U guys mean 2013-2015 tax transcript for both persons guys I only have 2012 n 2015 for my husband cause he didn't file 2013 n 2014 no income please give me pointers guys n again he is unemployed again from June 13th he be out of a job

Did you attach the G-1145 to the top of your petition to get e-notifications?

Ours took 12 days to get the paper NOA, so not that much less time.

my medical center just called me. uscis has added a new test for the medical screening (gonorrhea). I did my test in august and my medical center did not do the test yet. now i have to go back to the medical center. has anyone made the same experience? how does it affect my status?

When did you get your medical exam??

I just saw that all people over 15 need a urin test for Gonorrhea now since October 1st 2016. Maybe that's why the call you in even though you should be fine since your medical was before that date.

So even though I had USPS tracking and it said it got to Chicago almost two weeks ago USCIS NEVER got my paperwork. I just called them. I am really desperate now and dont know what to do

No USPS will do an investigation in the next three days. But I am running out of time. This never happens

what does that mean? no it just said delivered Chicago IL 60680
