Hey everybody! a quick tip for those doing early walk ins for the bio-metrics! go very early to your respective office and when it's your turn to go up front just turn in the appointment letter, a photo ID and don't say a word!! that's what I did and apparently they didn't care or didn't see the date  they even scanned the bar codes in the appointment letter and I got my bio-metrics just like the others in line.

I've been reading the last posts and apparently we are the only couple that have received an RFE so far, USCIS received our documents on Sep 9th and sent us the RFE on Oct 1st.

has someone received a NOA2 or RFE? it's weird the went through our documents in less than a month.

I got ride for i485 the need my i864 in it was within a month and they gave me 87days to respond so am working on that now I have bio appt 10/7

No I used cashiers checks. But since they contacted my medical center they got the paperwork. But apparently didn't accepted it?

Hmm Are you saying USCIS contacted the medical center?? That sounds really really weird! ... They would contact you.

USCIS contacted the place you had your medical done? That is very unusual.

When I spoke to the manager for my centre after attempting a walk-in, he said an early walk-in is fine, as long as they can accommodate you that day. They couldn't for me.

To be fair, New York City gets the most cases by far, looking at official data from USCIS! looking forward to getting my bio done on Friday!

Hmm Are you saying USCIS contacted the medical center?? That sounds really really weird! ... They would contact you.

I agree, USCIS would not contact all the medical facilities, I think the medical facility took it upon themselves to contact you.

Plus this new test may not of been mandatory when you had your exam, so unlikely you will receive an RFE cause of this.

Worse scenario, USCIS may ask for new medical at interview. But you can be one jump ahead of them, get new medical done BEFORE interview & take with you to interview.

I thought about doing just that, just walk in and not say anything unless they ask lol (good tip)

That was a quick turnaround on an RFE... I wonder what it's for... please post back and let us know if you dont' mind :)

my medical center just called me. uscis has added a new test for the medical screening (gonorrhea). I did my test in august and my medical center did not do the test yet. now i have to go back to the medical center. has anyone made the same experience? how does it affect my status?

Something is off can you explain more??

I just looked at the medical form an it says Gonorrhea, Class A under the "Other Class A/Class B Conditions for Communicable Diseases of Public Health Significance"

What did they check off in those boxes for that one or did you not see?

no it wasn't included in it, I didn't put it due to d fact that he didn't meet the requirements and no one wanted to do the joint sponsor but now I got a joint sponsor so am sorting it out

Remember he still has to put it in also and the sponsor also do it. And remember all the supporting documents.

Ahh ok, that's good you were ready with a joint sponsor. Good luck and hope you get that response out quick :)

Remember he still has to put it in also and the sponsor also do it. And remember all the supporting documents.

Yes - that's a big one! The RFE response should be a complete packet on it's own so that whichever adjudicator picks up the RFE response can adjudicate from that response alone. So make sure you not only include the I-864 but ALL the supporting backup even if you had already sent something else related to it with the original packet.

Well it's a class A. But if the medical checked the box where it says no class A or B then you should be fine. I wouldn't put to much into it.
