If he didn't work and didn't have to file taxes, then you have to provide an explanation. He can log on to the IRS website and print copies/records of his tax returns for the years you're missing.

Hello, I just recently joined this group. My AOS was filed on 9/13/16 and my biometrics will be on 10/14/16.

We go the texts of NOA1's but no hard copies. Should of received by now....... (chewing nails)

I'm getting concerned about the walk-in biometrics appointment I planned. There have been a few people apparently successful at the Milwaukee office but most of those are from 3+ years ago. I see other places where it's stated that biometrics are done by appointment only. I would like to go for walk ins because the time/date they scheduled me for means I would miss an entire day of work/school. It's an almost 3 hour drive to the office so pretty out of the way =\

Early biometrics walk in unsuccessful. Jersey has that reputation. I tried...

YES, that is what I'm thinking. Not sure, do I call USCIS 1-800-375-5283 or another place due to this is the I-485 petition that requires the Biomedics.

You should, both of your I-485 and I-765 need your biometrics.

First, make sure your address is correct. Do not lose hope because our applications are base on a case-by-case basis, either we get it right away or sometimes it takes time. Just give them a call to find out what is going on with you applications.

Yes, I checked our copy of the petitions we filed, and has our full correct address on the paperwork, including apartment number.

I printed hard copies of our NOA's 1 we received via email, it is just the bio letter I worry about. Maybe USICS did not put in our full address, that I will check with them now.
