Tried an early walk in but was unsuccessful. Apparently the Brooklyn office is booked to capacity every day for the next few weeks so the manager was super kind and just said there was no point in coming back and forth because the chance of going in is so slim. So guess lll wait for next Friday

Went to Brooklyn for mine and my sons biometrics today and I can see why it's hard to get walk ins!!! Our appointment was at 9am and they had ppl waiting for 10am and 11am slots in the waiting area! I get the impression it's non stop all day there! Relatively quick and really easy though, staff were pleasant too! Bonus! Just thought I'd let you know! ?

It has been 8 days since our paperwork was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox and we haven't heard a thing. It is frustrating when we so many people on this website at least getting the electronic notification before that time. It seems like whatever we do, something goes wrong, so it wouldn't surprise me if they lost the paperwork or something like that...

Also, how do you put a timeline on your posts like a lot of you do?

There's no telling when the case numbers will work on the website and any app runs off the website. Just keep checking every now and then ?

USCIS received my AOS last Sept 20, I haven`t receive NOA yet. Please update of yours.

I'm patiently waiting :clock: on the NOA1 text/email and my check hasn't cleared the bank yet ... I wonder if it takes longer because my package included (1) K-1 and (2) K-2 child applicants.

Did walk-in biometrics at the ASC in Oxnard yesterday, no wait at all. The woman who fingerprinted me said that it can change and there doesn't seem to be a pattern though.

My local office is Los Angeles as well and FedEx confirmed delivery and receipt on the 21st - no word from USCIS yet. Mine is probably because there's more forms to check (K-1 and two K-2 children) for completion before accepting the packet and sending the NOA.

Was your packet for only one adjustment applicant?

Yeah, I know what you mean. The only thing you can do is double check your copy of the packet and other than that we just wait :thumbs:

By the way, if you fill in your timeline it helps people answer your questions and you can see estimates for your process. :time:

Hi All,

I submitted my AOS application by mail on August 30th. The documents were received on September 2. My NOAs which were received September 16 said 09/02 is my priority date.

I noticed that Christina2016 has a similar timeline and has received biometrics appointment already, I haven't.

I called uscis office and was told that my field office is processing applications for August 31st.

I'm just a little...nervous...I hope it comes soon.

I filed September 9th, received my NOAs on the 12th, but I have no priority date -- anyone know what's up with that? I can't seem to find an answer on the forums.
