Update guys file i-130,i-485,i-765 in august 24th delivered by FedEx the 26th and just got the three text messages on September 2nd ,am so happy n excited but worried at the same time cause I have two errors on my i765 the category I put a9 instead of c9 then my current status should be adjusting status pending but I put out of status sigh I found that all out after I mail it, so now am calling them first thing in the morning to ask to fix it I know it may set me back but it's better than losing my money that I do t have , next thing on my g325a my mother maiden name a letter for drop off anyone can put in Advice I appreciate it thanks I need prayers

Hmm I don't think calling will help you much to be honest.

It's being sent to the local office now. You might get an RFE on the EAD or they might just go with it as it is.

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

Hmm I don't think calling will help you much to be honest.

Welcome. I-864 for the joint sponsor and I-864A if they are married (the spouse of the joint sponsor)

Thanks!!! For Part 6, where it asks for person 1, I don't put any information about the joint sponsor there, correct? This is so confusing... :crying: I am using my mom and we live in the same household, so I want to make sure I do it correctly.

I dont Think it's much different then you thick the box with sponsor number :) I'm sure you will be fine :)

As I said earlier I got my text/emails with receipts numbers so I called to see if I could get help with a correction am just worried but the lady told me I have to wait till it's active in the system she said 45days

Hi, my package was delivered via USPS on 26th Aug. I have not got any text or email at all. Should i be worried now? i see some of you whose package was delivered the same already got the notifications. :(

No maybe they just didn't get to yours yet. Maybe it comes today or yearly next week:)
