Helllloooo guys am so excited I got my bio appt for 10/07/16 omg I was so worried the only problem is that I didn't get the hard copies for my i485 n i130 should I still call for that right Georgia where u at? Can I do a early walk in my local office is Oakland park fl

Wow. I always assumed it would be sent to the local office. And there's no way to find out where your case goes unless you get some sort of update like an RFE? D: It doesn't say anything in the NOA?

The noa Will say it's at the NBC. If is goes to someplace else, they won't really tell you though

My biometrics appointment has been set for 10/07 in Brooklyn. I'm going to do a walk-in tomorrow, though. Can you go to any centre for a walk-in, or does it have to be the one they specify in the appointment notice?

For a early walk-in, you can theoretically go to any center that does biometrics.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Tried an early walk in but was unsuccessful. Apparently the Brooklyn office is booked to capacity every day for the next few weeks so the manager was super kind and just said there was no point in coming back and forth because the chance of going in is so slim. So guess lll wait for next Friday

Yes, within a few weeks you will receive a notice to appear at your local USCIS office to have your fingerprints and picture taken.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
