Soooooo.... on March 29th they sent my greencard. Was obviously very attentively tracking it... well, post office lost it!!

after A LOT of stress and anxiety, I got the USPS to admit - in writing - to their error and I just filed an i90 (as directed to by a USCIS customer service agent) to get a new card.

I cannot believe those idiots have ONE job and they managed to screw it up. Now, on top of everything, I have to worry about it potentially having been stolen and the associated risk of identity theft.

I was really looking forward to getting a drivers license, and removing the conditions on my social security card.... I am so mad. And I'm mad at USCIS for not allowing customers to choose a different delivery method. I'd pay to have it FedEx'd to me. Or even go pick it up from a field office! Such a nightmare

Congrats!!! Quick question for you since we have almost identical timelines and are both from Denver, your timeline says you got an RFIE on Oct 27 - just wondering when you sent back the information requested. We got an RFIE on Oct 21, sent back the info on Oct 31, and as of Nov 4 our status has been stuck on "We've received your evidence" Knowing that you got an interview this quickly with an RFIE makes me think ours might be soon!

We sent the info requested back about a week (?) after we got the RFIE. We are honestly amazed that we got an interview this quickly and we are excited that you finally have an interview date as well! CONGRATS!

Hello,

Just called ucsis for our 6 month update as our I-751 file date is Sept 6, 2016. They informed us they are now processing June 2016 petitions...Yikes! I checked the ucsis website for the California processing center and it also lists them as processing June 7, 2016 cases. So yea... looooong wait ahead still.

So I had my marriage interview yesterday and I can't tell. My husband messed up my middle name and mother's name. He also didn't know the relationship I had to an uncle and a friends name. Aside that... everything was fine. The interviewer said he had made up his mind but didn't tell us his decision. Said to wait for a letter in the mail. Then he went on to discuss theories and things happening in the world with my husband.

I am really worried. Any thoughts?
