Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

6/29/17: Email saying card was mailed on 6/28/17

6/30/17: We received the card. 

6/30/17: Waiting for ROC in 2 years (6/13/19)

We got RFE cuz I sent just 864 form. So I had to sent taxes, W2s and a job letter. 

My wife overstayed but we have a 9 years old son. Some people say when it takes longer maybe they waive the interview. Let's see. She is working but we don't want to pay for her EAD renewal/693 again..  so hopefully we will get an update soon.

As an overstay she should get an interview so hopefully you'll hear some soon as they are getting very close to August and September

We already received our Green card last March 9. Interview was March 3 in San diego and card was mailed March 7. It was really fast! 

 

Congratulations to all who were approved recently and those whose greencards are being produced. For the rest who are still waiting, hang in there. Just focus on job or something, waiting is really a crazy business.

i just called USCIS today to update on my case PD: 9/27/2016, Dallas Office.

I'm not sure if this is helpful for any of you but I'll just share.

They told me that they are currently processing May 2016 so I should wait. This is a bit surprising since we all know how "reliable" processing times are. Someone said a USCIS agent she met in Infopass said the date is just estimate and put out there so people have something to look at. The agent also advised me to check back mid-April because they'll update the processing time again. If the time there passes my PD then I can call again or make a SR.

I guess I have to wait. I don't know how far my center can get in a month but I hope it's soon!

Is your case at local office? If so then this is normal about the SR

I am still waiting to hear about my application. I filed mine on September 16th 2016. I got my biometrics done in October and EAD in November. However there has been radio silence since then. Anyone from September still waiting?

 

I submitted a case inquiry a week back, but havent heard anything yet. When I call them, the automated message said my case in Lee's Summit MO. Shouldnt it be at a local office? We did move since we filed our application, and all 3 applications show correct address (I got the EAD at the new address).

Hey, my parents are in the same boat! I became a citizen in september and filed for them on September 19, 2016 and they did biometrics already but we have not gotten any other letter since! We MIGHT have a interview waiver since they are the parents of a US Citizen but still, the waiting sucks! Per uscis website our Greer, SC are working on October 3rd, 2016 cases since January 31st.... meaning they already passed our priority date.... I might put in a request soon ! My immigration process (look at my timeline) was so fast that this is worrying me a bit...
