Thanks. well our medical was over a year to date and shots was not marked complete, same as all K visas. I have read some had issues and they need to do vaccine report thru i693. It was not even mentioned during the interview.

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

Hello. I received my ssn (approved EAD, pending i-485)  in feb and got a job in the same month. Can I get a credit card with my ssn being employment based only. I tried applying for a secured credit card fr captial one and was denied. ?

[Day 36 ] November 9 - Biometric Appointment

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

Yes you can get a secured credit card. I have one with Bank of America and one with discover "which has the better deal". Helps you a lot to get a decent credit score

Great thank you! I really want to start building my score. I'll probably try my bank or discover. Ive heard good things about them.
