Interview today in San Diego (downtown office).

Approved on the spot! The young lady was very nice and sweet, she just ask for original Marriage Cert, original divorce papers (petitioner), insurance cards and pictures, no other supporting docs was asked from us. We just talked about joint assets, which we have none. We only have taxes filed jointly for 2015 but was also not asked from us.  Husband did most of the talking, I knew it! I told him not to talk too much.

It took us almost 1hr , including my 2K2s. She went thru from K1 to i 485 docs. Just askes bio info, dating history, where /how we met, up to the decision to get married, Assets together, medical insurance, banks accts- we only have medival insurance and our phone under his acct. She didn't ask the packet  i prepared, she only referred to our docs on their file.

USCIS texted me and tracker updated within an hour, received emails too. Kids status is now card being produced from approved in minutes. Mine is still on Name Updated! ?
