Hello everyone!

We sent our AOS packet out on the 9th of September and are still waiting on a text/email confirmation that the application was received but it's been quiet so far..

We sprung for the tracking on the package but then of course lost... the tracking number...

I guess we just have to hold tight and hope for the best~

Just got notified that we will have our AOS interview on February 1st, in Detroit. Was hoping for no interview, but at least we'll have sooner rather than later.

Hi everyone!

Just got texts and emails last night after refiling the application on 15th Sep.! It was much faster this time! I got it in 2 days after filing!

However, should i wait for the hard copy until i check my case status online?

Congrats on your NOA1 :)

You can check now but not sure they are working yet :)

That worries me a little since we are still waiting from the 9th..

Dont be some are just faster then others in this AOS process. Like we got bio letter but some people from beginning/mid August are still waiting for theres. So don't compare I'm sure yours will come next week

So the Post Office was able to track down the package and it was delivered back on the 11th to the Chicago lockbox.

Makes me feel a little bit better knowing it should be where it needs to be! Just waiting on the notification from USCIS.

I am in the exact same boat as you. I have sent the package on the 9th of September and it was also delivered on the 11th of September.

Hopefully we'll hear more this week *fingers crossed*.

I only did it for my husband. I'm the American spouse and didn't think I needed to add my photos. *__* But now I'm worried lol.

Nope! Just the immigrant spouse. And I believe it's 2 for each application (AOS, EAD, AP).

You need about six pictures of the Beneficiary if filed with I-765, I-131 AND I-485.
