Inconsistencies in form G325a

Hi all!

Hope I can find answers here.

After our weird AOS interview experience last month I tried to think so many times if there was a problem... just found out lately about the following:

1. Is there a possible problem if forms has inconsistent info like dates of employment in G325a? My brother save some from his usb from k1 visa process and found out made a mistake in G325a for my AOS.

2. Is there any chance that I can change those info in my G325a before their decision and what is the impact in my case? Or can I cancel my applications for AOS? Or

3. Just wait for their decision? I am afraid to get denial due to misrepresentation. Don't have any intention to hide bcoz never have/had any bad records.

4. I want to consult a Pro Bono lawyer about this matter but where to find a good one? we can't afford to hire a lawyer?

I didn't tell my husband this yet because of his medical condition and maybe his not going to cooperate.(his a dialysis patient for 10 years and had 2 cardiac arrest).

I hope anyone can enlighten me. I am so depressed right now.

Thank you in advance for your answers. Please don't judge. God Bless you all!!!

How long are the dates off by? Are you talking about years or months? If you put the wrong month 1 digit off I think it will be fine but if the wrong year was put in then it may be a problem but I'm not sure if this will infact cause a problem or not... There is no way to cancel the application accept from cancelling the check... If the check is cancelled then when they try to cash it they won't be able to and will return the package... Most immigration lawyer offices offers a consoltation appointment hey usually are 1 hour long and run between $50-100... That way you can get a lawyers input without hiring the lawyer cause to hire a lawyer your looking at 1k or in that area

EX. Instead of March 2013, I put February 2013. The company I worked ceased operations since November 2012 but still working on them to process the cancellations of permits and shipment of equipments to head office.

WE ALREADY HAD OUR AOS INTERVIEW. What I mean cancel the application before they make decision in my case?
