CSPA

Hi everyone,

On my sister case. her 21 yrs old daughter name first DID NOT show up on the case. so we send in all AOS and IV without her. now NVC said they review CSPA for her and added her name to the case. so now I have to pay IV fee for her along with all the document.

My question is with my calculation she is not qualify for CSPA. but why NVC add her name and ask to pay IV fee $325. they did not caluclate CSPA for her?

F3 PD : April 7 2005

Approved date : Jan 23 2006

Her birthday : Aug 31 1994

She will be 22 yrs old by this Aug 2016. deduct 9months and 16 days of case wait time per CSPA then she is OVER 21. not even mention F3 her PD still 4 months away from being Current.

It is really not fair for some case with faster approval time. some case got 4-5yrs of waiting for approval. for CSPA that is a big advantage. at age 25-26 yrs old, they still qualify for CSPA. my sister case 22 yrs old and already not qualify for CSPA. Can we able to take this mater to court??

DO WHAT EVER IT TAKE TO DELAY THE APPROVAL OF THE CASE. LIKE SEND IN FORM WITH MISSING DOCUMENT JUST TO GET PD. WHEN ASK TO SUBMIT DON'T RUSH TAKE YOUR TIME ON IT. KEEP DOING IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN.

the final decision is always from the officer at the interview, he or she will do the calculations and decide if she qualifies or not for cspa
