Hello,

August 8th 2016, my I-130 was received by the UCIS. I received my NOA form few days afterward. Am I supposed to be doing something now?


I am USA citizen & my wife is a none USA citizen outside the USA. Please advice and share trips.

Naw, at this point all you can do is wait. I downloaded the USCIS app to my phone,.. then I got instant updates if there was any news in our case. We sent our petition in November 2015.. I'm still in Norway and my hubby in the US, but we're getting closer to the final stage now. Your wife could make sure she's up to date with her vaccines and you could start putting together the evidence for her interview.

07/26/2016 AOS and supporting documents sent

07/29/2016 IV and AOS scan date

08/29/2016 Case Completed at NVC

12/01/2016 I have a job!! Because of DHS mess up with my name, I will start my new job in January.
