K1 Aos Examination form question

Hello. We are ready to file for AOS, we have all the forms ready EXCEPT I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. I am not sure if this form is needed to be filled out, since the entire package along with medical exam was taken by immigration officer when we have arrived., The exam was done prior to coming to Usa, and is still VALID, it has not expeired. We do have the vaccination record though. How do I feel this form out , and is it even necessary?

Since you came in on a K1 you should be fine as long as you are submitting the AOS within a year from the K1 medical examination. You should have a copy of the G3025 immunization record from the K1 medical, so check it to see if it is complete. Also, review this pinned thread related to AOS medical information, it is helpful.

Thanks for your response. I do have all the vaccinations that are required, so I assume that the form I693 would not be necessary. I also have a question about SSN AND EAD, have you filled for your SSN before receiving green card? I would like to send my EAD form along with AOS, AND HOPEFULLY I receive it before green card.
