Do young children also get Green Cards?

(I apologize if this is not the correct forum to post this but I figured you guys would know everything about green card production)

So we have been here a little over a month. I paid the visa fees for the 3 of us (one adult, two 10 year olds) a couple days after POE.
Today I got a text on my cell that the green card is in production BUT only ONE of the 3 cases works!!!
I paid for 3 green cards. Is this just a mistake of the State or what? I have 3 receipt numbers, only one works (not sure WHOSE).

Also, (this is only slightly irrelevant), we applied for SSNs at the POE, we got 2 of the 4 (mine and one sons', missing the other sons' and my USCs daughter's). Is this common? Fortunately the SSA is literally two blocks from here but they are asking for a LOT of paperwork!!

So, do 10 year olds get Green Cards? And is the system down or something?> Why is only one receipt number working??

2011 - Met hubby online and became friends
Early 2013 - Confessed our love for each other * Late 2013 - I got pregnant with our daughter
2014 - Our baby was born in Athens, Greece and completed our family. We now have two boys and a girl!! 2013 - 2015 - Looking for jobs in Greece, none were available (due to socioeconomic crisis) 2015 - Decided only way to feed our family was to immigrate and started the process December 2015 - Got married (Greece has a LOT of red tape for foreigners marrying Greeks)
January 2016 - Finished gathering all documents and getting them translated

28th January 2016 - Finally filed I-130s
29th June - ISSUED!!!!!!1st July - Visa packages and passports delivered to DHL.4th July - Visas in hand! CU in two weeks USA!!
19th July- POE Detroit. All went well!! (excluding our screaming, jet lagged toddler!!)

 

After Arrival in the US

September 2016 - Hubby is diagnosed with congestive heart failure
October - February 2016 - Battle with drug use, overdosing, bringing home a tiny paycheck

March - July 2017 - I am working 80 hr weeks to make ends meet. Discovered hubby's affair. Still overdoses and is hospitalized. Has quit working all together.
July - October 2017 - Marriage counseling. Revealed hubby has "several" mental conditions. Is started on several mental meds.

October 2017 - Got accepted for a college course. Got better job to help raise my kids.

October 2017 - March 2018 - Situation at home is toxic. He files for divorce.

July 2018 - Divorce is final. I have full custody of our daughter.

 

ROC (GC expires July 19th 2018)

July 16th - Package for ROC is delivered to the CA service center (divorce waiver).

August 30th - NOA1 received with 18 month extension (fee waiver approved).

March 28th 2019 - Biometrics

August 8th 2019 - Case Approved No RFE No Interview - 10 year GC in production

N400 (Online - Detroit, MI office)
June 6th 2023 - Applied for naturalization under 5 year rule.
June 7th 2023 - Application received/Biometric will be reused.
June 16th - Interview scheduled.
July 27th - Upcoming interview.

Yes, all immigrant aliens including your children will receive green cards. The only difference is that minors under 18 aren't required to carry them on their person at all times, as federal law mandates for adults.

SSNs after very hit and miss. You have around a 50-50 chance of actually receiving them even if you check the box. You may need to go to the SSA directly to obtain numbers for those of your family that are missing.

Unsure on the receipt numbers. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

After I get my Green Card and driver's license from my State, do I still need to carry my passport around? It is freaking me out to carry such an important and difficult to replace document around!
Can I get by with the Green card and State ID/license?

Wow you say that and I feel SO lucky I have only been here a month and 10 days and already got a notice on the GC!!

I got the SSN a week after POE (well, two of the four at least).

Just your green card is fine, and a driver's licence if you're driving.
