My visa sponsorship my elder sister...she is USC.

MY MOM apply for me....she is unemployment because she is too old and she is Lpr

my mom unemployment FOR this reason there is any problem create at interview time ???

no, that's the reason she has a joint sponsor in the first place

but she still has to fill out an i864 affidavit of support as the primary sponsor and attach a letter explaining why she doesn't need to file taxes

your sister will file another i864 as her joint sponsor

As long as your sister makes plenty of money to sponsor, it should be fine.
