Financial evidence and Affidavit of Support I-864 for CR1 form

I've question about my financial situation, so I tried to fill out this AOS form but then realized I have to include my tax transcripts for past three years as well as proof of my income. I haven't made much money last three years, but im in great standing with my current job, its only been 7 months since I started working for this company and ive already made more than $40k, I have all proofs of my income. My question is do I still need to get a joint sponsor because of my 3 previous tax returns OR I can just be the only sponsor by myself and a letter from my company and some evidence of my income would be enough?

I had the same problem, and I included two verification letters one wit the packet intially sent in and a second one when I got a raise to go to his interview. We made it all the way to the interview and him getting approved for his green card without a co-sponsor. I was unemployed for one of the years and I am a teacher so my income is broken up into two parts so the letter verifying my income with 6 pay stubs was enough for the CO and our immigration interview. We had no issues.
