Hello,

I'm in the process of gathering all necessary evidence for the Removal of Conditions on my conditional residence status. My question is on the scanning of my passport - should I provide all pages of my passport of just the information page on the front?

Also, I have a new passport since my old passport expired which contained my US K1 Visa. Which passport should I scan then? The new passport of the old passport?

Thanks in advance.

Just provide the identity page.

Also, I have a new passport since my old passport expired which contained my US K1 Visa. Which passport should I scan then? The new passport of the old passport?

Scan both and also submit a scan of the K-1.

If relevant, you could also provide scans of the visa pages with admission stamps demonstrating you and your spouse took trips together (scans of admission stamps on both passports), but otherwise, I would stick to scanning identity pages and any visas.

The ROC instructions only indicate a copy, front and back, of the Green Card of the person(s) removing conditions, be included with your completed I-751 petition.

Hi! Now that you mentioned this, I went to the I-751 instructions and you're right, they need the scanned copy of the green card (front and back) - and NOT the passport and K1. For some reason, all this time I thought they need the passport and Visa since I completely relied on the sample cover letter I found here in VisaJourney. Thanks so much for this!

A copy of your passport is NOT considered evidence for the ROC. Do not include it.

Empty pages are non-sense but if you two traveled internationally together, entry/exit stamps could be sent along with a copy of your travel itinenary. We've done this at AOS stage, ROC I only sent travel itinenary and one photo from the trip. Secondary evidence but would not hurt.
