Yo tengo una consulta y quizas alguin aqui me pueda guiar. Hace un año mi papa fue detenido en el Aeropuerto y recibio una orden de expedited removal algo asi es el nombre y con un castigo de 5 años. Lo que le explico el agente de inmigracion fue q el año anterior en un viaje que el hizo se quedo 10 dias mas que lo que tenia aprobado. Buscando informacion encontre que el tiene que llenar el formulario I 212 para poder aplicar para una visa nuevamente, yo mande un email al consulado de CR pero ellos dicen no saber nada al respecto. Quisiera saber si el necesita enviar ese formulario para poder aplicar a una visa nuevamente y si es asi donde debemos enviarlo a CoSta Rica aunque ellos dicen no saber o a Hosuton que fue el puerto de entrada a E U.

Todos en mi casa somos ciudadanos americanos ya, y mi papa no esta joven tiene 68 años, nos gustaria poder traerlo de visita o si es posible hacer una peticion para que el pueda hacerse residente permanente. Si alguin me puede guiar para saber cual seria la mejor opcion para subir sus chances de venir a aqui nuevamente se los agradeceria.
