I'll go against the grain and tell you that I would do exactly what you are doing. I'd take the evidence that I have on hand, which to me sounds quite compelling, and send it to anyone and everyone that could possibly look into her past when applying for another visa which she most certainly will do. I've used text messages in the past as evidence in court. Send it an then you can have the closure you are looking for. You will may never know of the eventual outcome but at least you put it out there. On the other hand they may one day contact you about this situation. I'd do the exact same thing.

I'd send the evidence to the USCIS.

The people who are saying it would have no effect on her chances for another visa are simply guessing.

In the one-in-a-million chance that the USCIS asked how I got the evidence, I'd tell them that I had her permission to use her phone.

She's now currently in the US and has been here for over a month now on her B2, any significance in that?

Why are you obsessed with her and what is doing? Forget about her and move on. You won't be successful in getting revenge on her anyway, so don't waste your time. You did the only thing that you could possible do, canceled the k-1. If she swindles another guy, that is not your problem.
