AOS form I 693

I was looking into what you need for the AOS paper work and i have a link here where it says you dont have to fill in the I 693 form if you have had a medical for the fiancee visa, it dont say nothing about I 693a.

So have they missed something out or have i

I will get my documents together and print this page out from the USCIS also giving them my copy of the DS 2053 vaccination document, so from what i understand thats all i have to do, there is no need to get in touch with a civil surgeon

It seems for some people it works not having the extra form but some people get RFE'd for it...I went and got mine done just to be safe.

The instructions on the I-485, page 3, under Fiance(e) reads:

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had

a medical examination within the past year as

required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you

only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the

entire medical report. You may include the

vaccination supplement with your adjustment of

status application.

Now the I-693a is commonly referred to as the supplement; the form DS-2053 you have from the doctor who did the medical is the worksheet. Many people have gotten by with submitting only the worksheet, but this is a choice only you can make.
