I was pd 24/08 and got my noa2 on the 03/03 according to my letter.

 

 

Imagine how far away the September and October filers are  from now that should make you all feel better they have many  months to go still.

i know how you feel I have a daughter will turn 2 in June. And she haven't see her dddy since Jan 2016 but she do see him on FaceTime.

 

hope you will get approved soon to be with your family and specially your daughter.

At 3 .... you are a bad dad!  My daughter was told early on, did she listen to me..... NO ..... found someone with a handshake like a limp lettuce leaf "who understood her" ...... thankfully he went by the wayside as he had no common interest in F1 .... thankfully today she knows what I want from a boyfriend .... i.e. get one but do not ask him to shake my hand !!!

Sweet .....oh no, lose that thought ......... She is ready to wind him round her little finger,,,,, he will be blinded by separation "guilt trips" mental overload and as all children do, they will maximise their one in a life-time opportunity ...... his daughter knows the timeline better than him.

 

And the fun part, the OP will enjoy every moment until his wife gives him the cease and behave order!

 

Reminds me, must get a new First Aid kit with bigger softer cushion pad bandages to put over my ears! Those Americans are loud ..... pretend I banged my head, get wrapped up and enjoy the silence ...

I've been following this thread but haven't posted before.

Just wanted to say congrats to all those who have gotten approved so far (good luck with NVC!)

And to those still awaiting that blessed moment of approval - please keep the faith! All in God's time 

Also, my P/D was Aug 24th 2016, NOA1 was Aug 30th 2016 and Approval was Mar 13th 2017. 

We got the email notification today....

Still 08/08/2016 processing date. No response from Nebraska. Filed for inquiry and went to check the progress of my inquiry and I got even more angry. As of March 9, 2017, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number **************, is currently not assigned for processing.

I am extremely upset how neglected my case is. It is unacceptable...

I filed on 10th August filing and am still waiting

 

I think we will just have to wait it out till the next official processing time refresh to file an inquiry.

 

To be honest, I have been following a number of cases for nearly 2 months now. They are processing 9th and 10th August applications still. For some reason there is a huge backlog around those dates. Sad as it is...I think we will just have to wait it out.

I just got the phone with a Tier 2 officer. She told that my case was approved on March 13 but website was not updated and the paperwork is coming through the mail. Maybe you can call as well?

I just received the approval for my stepdaughters application. Approved on 3/14/17, my PD was 8/24/16.
