FOR EXPEDITED CASES!!!

Does anyone know if the NVC honours an expedited request that was made on a case coming them USCIS? Or will I have to make yet another expedite request at the NVC

Hey! They updated the USCIS processing time page. August 9th as of January 31st.

 

Unfortunately I have nothing else to report yet.

Yeah a whole month and it just went from August 2nd to August 9 and that was supposed to be January 31st and we are almost in april, that just a shame?

I was told by USCIS that I will have to submit another request for my case to be expedited At the NVC

Yeah am in the same boat as you are, it looks like our officer is on vacation, also i read that the USCIS director is resigning so things dont look quite good for us, processing times were updated and it went from August 2nd to August 9th in a whole month, can't wait to get out of USCIS hands and you just hope don't get a RFE

On my receipt notice it says that my priority date is September 1st, 2016 and that they also received our case on September 1st, 2016. But on the transfer notice they sent us it says receipt date as September 6, 2016. Please does anyone have an idea of which date there going to use to process our case? Our case was transferred from Nebraska Service Center to Texas Service Center. The wait really isn't easy at the USCIS. Thanks.

Our processing date was August 8th and still nothing from Nebraska. I completed the online inquiry and it instructed me to wait until March 31st for a reply. This is absolutely unacceptable. I swear to god Nebraska is the worst place on earth.

August 10th and waiting...

 

I called them up too...and was asked to wait till 25th March!

Probably the most recently stated date, Sept.6. Interesting that the date changed. Have you thought about calling USCIS to ask why the receipt date changed?

Yes it surprises me. No i haven't thought of calling them yet. I think i should probably try and call them. Thanks.
