USCIS

7/27/2016: I-130 mailed.

8/02/2016: NOA1.

2/17/2017: NOA2.

2/24/2017: I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

3/03/2017:  I-130 received.

3/09/2017: Case # and invoice # received, AOS and IV fees paid.

3/16/2017: DS-260 submitted; AOS and IV packets sent with EP.

4/06/2017: Case complete.

 

Consulate

4/15/2017: Interview email (P4).

5/09/2017: Medical.

5/15/2017: Interview.

5/19/2017: Visa in hand.

when the next update uscis nebraska is posted, you ma be "outside" normal processing so call .... or claim financial hardship USD$7000+ like the lady did to get pushed through and expedited months ahead of us.

I still can't get the purpose of giving priority dates when is clearly that they are skipping those like they don't really matter, and yes i know each case is different bla bla bla but come on, am really happy about all the people getting approved no matter their pd but we all want to be reunited with our love ones, we keep getting pushed back more and more, sorry for all the venting :(

I just keep getting alerts about cases being approved with PD 8/23 in Nebraska and i wonder if the assigned officer to cases before that date is on vacation or what, getting crazy here i think ill better turn this thing off

Ikr!! Thank god! ?? Only problem i have now my husband coming to visit me 2 weeks from now...he wants to pay for the fees before he gets here but it's doesn't look possibl (since they haven't recieved the case yet)

Tell him not to worry about that, he can make the payment from anywhere as it is online, focus on the important thing that is you two will be together,?

Dear diary, the hopes of getting an approval this week are getting slimmer every hour, another day is gone, my eyes are sore of watching this little screen updating the app every 5 seconds, Nebraskaaaaaa @#$*"_&-+!! :unsure:
