Every time I call USCIS they don't tell me anything different from what I already know. It's so frustrating because I don't know how to contact someone who REALLY knows what he is talking about.

Wife is petitioner, she called because I had done such a good job getting information and believed her information would be better than mine.

For a German, it was a hard pill to swallow!

I finished my analysis of the receipt numbers from cases before my priority date of August 2. There are around 300 I-130s left from the last couple of days of July that still need to be approved. I have noticed a lot of cases from July 28 being approved in the last two days, so Nebraska should be starting to finish up on those last cases from July in these next few weeks and hopefully continue with August as we head into March.

Have you done any analysis for the rest of the month?

I know the priority dates for all of those cases, because I ran them through the USCIS website one by one in the case tracker. The date received is displayed as you check each of the cases and they are all from the last few days of July. With the updated processing day at July 28, it shows how much is left over between the cases they are working on today and the cases from the beginning of August.

I only ran the receipt numbers from July 28 until my receipt number. Just from July 28th to August 2nd there are about 10000 receipt numbers. I only ran every 50th one, searching for I-130s that havent been processed yet, then filling in the gaps, which still is pretty time consuming. The reason I picked that range is because that is where USCIS is processing the majority of their petitions right now. They do skip around a bit, going back and forth around days, but the general trend is that they are processing cases on their newly stated processing date of July 28. It would be a massive undertaking to check the receipt numbers for the rest of the month of August, considering there are 10000+ receipt numbers in just a few days worth of priority dates.

!!! Yay!! So happy for you! I was wondering how it went! Yeah I'm definitely still nervous about him getting in too. But I think it's natural to feel that way when we both dealt with them being unexpectedly turned away at the airport.

These dates are interesting because NEVER have all dates been the same across the board for all visas.

I mean each service center is close to being the same ..... statistics lies and dates .....

Nebraska is below - we are being led to somewhere it smells with this ...... "fake news" LOL

In July filers forum, a number are appealing as past process date. Gaps could take time up of level 2 to "expedite" June, July filers .......
