Look at interview today on Visajourney, it is like a ghost town of names compared to months ago.

Nothing is happening, then a big update will happen near the end of the month ..... stop, go, play with our minds and mental state..... I will never visit Nebraska and when flying over will to go to the toilet as I go over.

AND OFFICES CLOSE ..... so why work .......

Omg, I feel the same way!!! "Nebraska, Nebraska, Nebraska" has been in my mind for 6+ months and it's been driving me crazy! It's building up this subconscious hate and dread towards the state "Nebraska" and any names avenue/street/whatever that I see called "Nebraska" around where I live. ?

The instant I saw Nebraska on the NOA1, I realized I had been flung into a total hellhole, a complete pit of despair.

Has anyone tried calling the USCIS?

I just called them and they said the applicant and the petitioner have to be together to call them for them to give me any details..That doesnt make any sense to me..

Has anyone else faced this?

Petitioner only BUT make sure you can be transferred and they may just tell you to book a call and call back to a US number in 3-5 days ....... GOD help you if you are not in the USA

It all depends upon who you call and who you get on the phone

This image is just a sample of the petitions still pending from August 1, showing that they are just scratching the surface on August petitions. Not to mention all the ones left over from July that are still in line to be approved.

I started with my case number, then placed that number in a cell at the bottom of an Excel spreadsheet. I dragged all the way up the column to generate the case numbers for checking on the USCIS website. I then started checking every 100th case number up the column until getting a hit (I-130 that has been received). Once I get a hit, I check every case before and after that case until reaching case numbers that are not I-130s on both sides. I then continued checking every 100th until the next hit and so on. After that, I narrowed it down to every 10th case. I then placed my results in a table and filtered to show only I-130s.

Look at how there are gaps between the case numbers on my spreadsheet. The numbers in those gaps are forms that have already been approved, the majority of which are not I-130s. There are a lot of other types of forms that have already been processed before USCIS starts working on the I-130s of the same date received. Removing the gaps, you are left seeing the sheer quantity of I-130s that are left to be approved. Just look at all of those! Pick any PD after August 1 and I guarantee you there are at least that many petitions left. And like I was saying earlier, they have not even finished July yet either! Plug in a July date and follow my process and you will discover many petitions left untouched from July too.

Just to make the process a little easier for you...there is this app that I use called "My Cases"..available on the App store...this allows you to run as many applications as you want in a matter of a few seconds as long as you have a starting point.

It's a much easier and faster process.. I discovered it just this morning..so I'd suggest have a look!

Is it available for Android? I am familiar with the apps for Android, because I used them before I decided to check by hand. It was the only way to get all the information I wanted. I have only been able to find apps that process 100 cases at a time, and lock you out after a certain number of attempts.
