Hi, it sounds like you are in the same situation as the rest of us here. We are all just waiting....and waiting...and...wait...and w...

I saw some people got approved in 45 days, and some April filers are still waiting like us. but NSC seems like the slowest.

Hopefully it should be mid to late January for us, the average processing time is 120 - 160 days according to the USCIS website which I think is the most accurate you can probably get, although the sooner the better. April filers still going should be contacting them to follow up. My wife is calling them this week to get an update for me.

Hopefully it should be mid to late January for us, the average processing time is 120 - 160 days according to the USCIS website which I think is the most accurate you can probably get, although the sooner the better. April filers still going should be contacting them to follow up. My wife is calling them this week to get an update for me.

Maybe they counted as business days. who know, I hate waiting waiting ..........

Well my wife called today and its not overly good news, apparently the quoted timeframe on line is when the work load is up to date and they are saying there is a pretty big backlog so this is going to take a lot longer than thought. So disappointed - what a fricken nightmare this is turning out to be

No Suprises, I think we might pull back after March. oh my....... ,because April filers still waiting.

08/18/2016: NOA1, I-130 received at USCIS Nebraska Service Center
02/17/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved 

02/24/2017: Notification received on App (I130 Approved)
02/26/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

02/28/2017: (NOA2) Notification received via snail mail.
 
NVC
03/06/2017: Case number assigned
03/11/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number
03/11/2017: DS 261 Completed

03/11/2017: AOS fees paid

03/17/2017:IV Fees Paid

03/23/2017: DS 260 Submitted

03/23/2017: AOS & IV Package sent

03/27/2017: Scan date

05/30/2017: Case Complete

06/02/2017: Received Interview date over Phone(scheduled to Jul 17th)

06/03/2017: Received P4 letter over email confirming the Interview date

06/08/2017: Medical done

07/16/2017: Biometrics scheduled

07/17/2017: Interview in Mumbai

07/17/2017: Visa Approved

07/19/2017: Passport received at VAC, Intimation received.

07/20/2017: Passport in Hand

NOA1: I-797C Received

Priority Date: August 10, 2016 Nebraska Service Center

Hello,

I received my I-797C which mentions my priority date. But is there a difference between I-797 and I-797C? Is there any action required from my end? The letter mentions that I have to contact USCIS only if any of the particulars have changed or wrongly mentioned.

August 2 PD here, among those who are stuck at Nebraska. Interesting how they were moving right along before and now just before our petitions they suddenly become super backed up. As of now they are about a month behind from their 5 month timeframe, and it seems the delay will only continue.

CR-1 Visa Timeline

 

USCIS

7/27/2016: I-130 mailed.

8/02/2016: NOA1.

2/17/2017: NOA2.

2/24/2017: I-130 sent to NVC.

 

NVC

3/03/2017:  I-130 received.

3/09/2017: Case # and invoice # received, AOS and IV fees paid.

3/16/2017: DS-260 submitted; AOS and IV packets sent with EP.

4/06/2017: Case complete.

 

Consulate

4/15/2017: Interview email (P4).

5/09/2017: Medical.

5/15/2017: Interview.

5/19/2017: Visa in hand.

we are the same PD, after we 5 months we can keep calling them, annoy them, I don't know why some people faster and some just stuck in there forever, according to what, some September are already moving on
