I just came back here in the US from the Philippines last 27th of July and still looking for a job at the meantime. Our noa1 has arrived last 25th of Aug. I know that sooner they might want to ask for financial support and I cant provide that for the meantime so then I need a sponsor.

Does the sponsor need to fill up 2 i134 form for the petitioner then another one for the beneficiary?

No, just one, and she won;t need it till interview time, so you have some time to find a job.

Keep in mind that USEM often does NOT accept co-sponsors for K1 cases, unless they are a close relative and the petitioner has good employment prospects soon (such as graduating from college, has solid job offer.

I am the petitioner. I have a business in the philippines and need to give it up so I can go back here to stay here for good. Usually its the man that is tbe petitioner well in my case I the woman is the petitioner. I just bought a condo here last june. I am also enrolled in an online class for medical administrative assistant course. But still looking for a job. I have my 3 kids with me from my ex but not married to him and now pregnant with my fiance's. His uncle wants to sponsor us. Would that be acceptable?

Potentially, the uncle (assuming he lives in the USA) should be ok.

Also, selling your business in the Phils will give you some assets to use for sponsorship.
