Hello friends,

I have travelled US twice in 2012 on B1/B2 visa. I stayed around 10 days in both trips. I had submitted my i-94 to United Airlines at Newark airport for both trips on my return. I will be travelling to US again in next month for 10days stay. Out of curiosity i checked my i-94 entries online today. Only my first arrival is recorded. Departure for first trip and arrival and departure for second trip were not showing up.

I have all the entry and exit stamps in my passport. I also have proofs for that I was in India (Bank statement, Pay slips, CC statements, Mobile call data etc..)

Can these issues be corrected in my next entry? Will I have any issues at immigration check in US entry point? What should be the next best steps?

Thank you for your help

Suresh.

I have had this before. The website does say this is not an official record and mistakes do not need to be corrected. I've never had a problem with it.

Some of the mistakes I have on mine are: departures not recorded so that when I arrive the next time they put in a fake departure date of the previous trip and this is the same date I arrived again. So the dates don't even make sense; and I have also had Las Vegas airport arrival recorded as Las Cruces, NM border control point, thus making it look like a land arrival from Mexico instead of an air arrival from Europe. I regularly make land crossings at Blaine, WA on the bus from Vancouver to Seattle and these are often not displayed on the online system.

Thank you for info JFH. So I should not worry. They will correct/update my records in my next arrival. is it correct understanding? Do you recommend to carry any supporting documents for departure proofs?

My worry is why my second arrival is not showing in online I-94 records site.

Thats where the arrival and departure entries missing.

But it will show when the CBP officer scans your passport. That's all that matters. He will look at your travel history if he thinks it's important or will influence his decision to admit you into the country. You have nothing to worry about as you did not overstay and you didn't break the rules of your visa (no work, etc).

Understood. Thank you JFH.

I agree that the system you can see does not matter.

Got it. Thank you for your reply.
