Hi. I was wanted to know if my brother doesn't work and he will use my uncle as the sponsor does he only fill a form form for my uncle or one for him tooo. And which ones.

What kind of visa is your brother filing for?

If he's filing for a CR-1/IR-1, both he and your uncle will each be filling out the i-864.

Yes, your brother has to submit a letter stating why he was not required to file taxes.
