[both of these happened in the US]
My fiancé had a drinking ticket when he was in college that was expunged from his record. Do we need to provide court documents for that?

Also, he has another small infraction against him. What is sufficient evidence to show what happened in the case? Would we just go to the courthouse and have them print the case information and what happened?

Expunged counts to the US, so always claim the incident on immigration forms from now to when you're finish with citizenship of you get that far.

Order a UK police certificate and a Subject Access Report here https://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx

No we don't need a UK police certificate. We only need the court records to show what happened in his cases, here in the US. Just a certified copy of from the court with all of the details. For both cases?

Please explain more:

Your fiancé is British or American?

Incident 1 happen in US or UK?

Incident 2 happen in US or UK?

You need this for K1 interview?

You need to present this to somebody else in the US not related to immigration?

Did he go to court before a judge in both cases?

My fiancé is British, but he's been in the US since he was 8. He hasn't resided in the UK for more than 6 months since he was 16.

Both incidents happen in the US.

The UK website says we need court records with what occurred and the sentencing. For one he did a drinking class, the other he did 30 hours of community service. His attorney went before the judge in both cases.

We need them both for the K1 Interview.

Yes the courts where the incidents happened should have a record. But US crimes are normally checked out anyway and that's why it says no police certificate from US is needed.

If he lives in the US, then why are you getting him a visa to enter the US? He's already living here, right? Guess I lost the plot and assumed he lived in the UK and had UK arrests and needed to interview in London like most.

It's a long story. He lived here, for 13 years but he doesn't anymore. He visits on an ESTA.

The UK website has two different tabs for Police certificate and court prison records. The website states "If you have been been convicted of a crime you must obtain a certified copy of each court record and any prison record, regardless of the fact that you may have subsequently benefited from an amnesty, pardon or other act of clemency or the United Kingdom Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Court records should include: Complete information regarding the circumstance surrounding the crime of which you were convicted and the disposition of the case, including sentence or other penalty or fine imposed;"

So we are just trying to figure out if we need to obtain those court records. We know he doesn't need a police certificate from the US but unsure about court records.
