Preparing for AOS, wrong departure date on i-94 online

Hi there,

I'm K1 holder and will travel to the US soon. As I was checking the requirements for AOS, I thought to check my i-94 online, and it shows my last arrival (on B2) but not the departure date from the US, instead and under departure, they marked the date of my interview for K1 and no POE mentioned next to it.

Does anyone know if that's normal or an error? Or does that mean that my B2 status is no longer valid because I got K visa now (that's the only thing I could think of since the date of departure mentioned is that of my K1 interview how odd is that)

If it's an error I'd much rather fix it with the US officer when I show my K1 and give my packet at the POE. How do you think I should go about this?

I'm just scared that somewhere down the process line, when I provide my i-94 travel history they would question my lawful stay in the US when I came in on B2 during that time.

Your POE won't be on the I-94 until you enter .... you say you'll SOON enter. Do the I-94 after you get here.

Yes I know. I meant Port of Exit. In all my other trips to the US on B2 visa, there is the port of entry and the date, as well as the date of exit and port of exit. But in that last trip on B2, the date of exit is that of the interview for K1 visa and not the actual departure date which I find very odd. No port of exit mentioned either.

So my problem is:

- when you look at the i-94 now, how to prove I left on time in my last visit (on B2), why isn't the departure date recorded accurately like the other trips

- why is the departure date that of the date of my K1 visa interview?

- How can I fix this? (do I need to at all? would it affect my AOS when I submit the i-94 after I enter the US on K1 this time?)
