I think it was last September the USCIS website told me that I needed to change my password on my account and I tried to do it then and it wouldn't let me. I tried so many times I just started getting frustrated. I thought who cares I'm not waiting for anything to be approved I'll deal with it later. Now, months later, I've tried so many freaking times to change the password and because it tells me I have to and it won't let me. It's driving me insane. Anyone else have this problem?

We had to change our password also. No problems for us. Perhaps you chose a password that didn't have the proper criteria. Did you make sure there is this criteria?

*Your User ID and Password must be between 8 and 14 characters. Your Password must contain at least one number, at least one English uppercase character, and at least one English lowercase character. Your Password may not have more than two consecutive identical characters. Every 90 days your Password will expire.

well instead of logging into site, click on forgot password, they will send u a temporary password, use their password and make the change as soon as u log in.
