Hi Everyone,

I am going over my K1 petition...about to send it off tomorrow! Now that I am thinking about it, I don't know if my passport style photo, along with my fiance's, is exactly how it should be. It says to be 3/4 frontal view but I am worried mine may not be 3/4 enough! ie not turned to the side enough. Same goes for my fiance's photo. I was wondering if anyone sent in photos of them straight on or just turned slightly to the side-like mine. Other than that, they meet the specifications. Is this really important? My fiance is actually completely straight on. eeek. Should I worry? Thanks!

As per the link scy posted, your fiance's straight on passport style photo is correct. You will have to get yours redone prior to submitting the petition.
