Lease was signed electronically. Is that an issue?

Hello! My husband and I renewed our lease this year and our apartment complex does that electronically. When printed there's no actual signatures, though there is a little check box saying it has been signed electronically and a code and what not, and the last page has a cover letter with our emails and stuff and when we signed. We're on good terms with our management office and they'll sign it for us with ink if we ask, but is it necessary? Also, should I ask for our lease from 2015 or is this one good enough?

Tl;dr: Lease has no ink signatures, will it be an issue? Also, should I ask for our old lease and send in that too? How many leases are required? :x

02/28/2014 - NOA1 i-130 accepted and sent to Vermont Service Center
03/04/2014 - NOA1 hard copy06/25/2014 - NOA2 i-130 approved and sent to NVC

07/25/2014 - Case number assigned* (actually 07/15)
07/31/2014 - DS261 completed. Hubby's B-day!! <3
08/01/2014 - AoS fee invoiced/paid
08/04/2014 - AoS fee processed
08/05/2014 - AoS documents e-mailed
08/08/2014 - AoS "received"
09/04/2014 - DS261 reviewed and accepted
09/10/2014 - IV invoiced at 2:30am, unlocked and paid at 11:30am
09/10/2014 - Civil documents e-mailed
09/11/2014 - IV fee processed
09/11/2014 - DS260 completed
09/12/2014 - Documents received, got the "60 Day" email
09/29/2014 - Case complete, AoS showed as n/a then called to confirm
10/03/2014 - Interview scheduled
10/06/2014 - Interview(P4) letter received
10/07/2014 - Medical appointment booked with Dr. Randall T. Lee
10/21/2014 - Medical appointment
11/19/2014 - Interview
11/24/2014 - POE

12/29/2014 - Green Card received

i-751 Process

08/31/2016 - i-751 sent via USPS Express to VSC
09/01/2016 - Delivered and signed for by L. Zuchowski

09/07/2016 - Cheque cashed

09/09/2016 - NOA received, dated 09/02/16

09/23/2016 - Biometrics letter received in mail! Scheduled for 10/04/2016 at 2pm

09/27/2016 - Walk-in Biometrics completed.

09/11/2017 - Approval letter received in mail! Approval date of 09/06/2017

It should be good enough, ours was like that for AOS and it was fine. I would also send in all leases during the time you've been living together just to be safe.

AOS Timeline 350 days

 

May 31/15 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP to USCIS

June 4/15 - Email and text notifications they were recieved

June 10/15 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD/AP Dated June 1

June 17/15- Change of address confirmation

June 22/15- Biometrics appointment received

July 1/15- Biometrics appointment done(5 minute appointment, 8 hour round trip drive <_< )

August 5/15 - Change of address submitted for new location

August 8/15 - Mobile/E-mail notifications for approved EAD/AP :)

August 17/15 - Change of address confirmation after calling in

August 17/15 - EAD/AP Combo card mailed out(To the wrong address, and then lost by USPS)

September 3/15 - Contacted USCIS and was told to re-apply with a new application and fees?! Put in a service request online for lost card, and a complaint

September 8/15 - USPS found & returned card to USCIS

September 15/15 - Ombudsman contacted USCIS

September 17/15 - Card mailed back out

September 19/15 - EAD/AP Combo card finally in hand

September 22/15 - NPIW letter received, dated September 9/2015 estimated 6 month wait

October 13-21/15 - Traveled using AP to visit parents & ship the rest of our belongings out west

November 27-30/15 - Traveled using AP

December 28/15- RFE hard copy, waiting on documents from Canada

January 31-February 7/16 - Traveled using AP

February 10/16 - Sent in RFE, delivered Feb 16

April 16/16 - Service request filed, RFE was never updated online

May 12 - Approved email and status update dated May 10. Service request never was assigned or solved, though.

May 14 - Greencard in hand!

Awesome, thanks! Did you send in the whole lease or one page? I hope the management has our old leases. We moved within the same complex after I first moved here so we kinda have three leases technically I think.

We sent the whole thing to avoid getting a RFE. We sent 2 complete leases. If management doesn't have it just see if they'll write and sign a letter stating you lived there from x to x date before moving to the new unit included under the new lease.

Send all leases from the time you got married up to now. USCIS wants proof of marriage ties throughout the entire period, not just what's happening currently. Thus, all leases, bank statements, etc should span the entire 2 years.
