Issues finding I-94 form

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to how I can obtain the I-94 form? The CBP site mentioned "Not found". I am trying to download the document for my husband - so that we can send in the I-485. I sent an email to CBP but can take 3-4 weeks to hear back, I was hoping to send the application next week.

I played around with the numbers on his PP just in case that was the issue, but I tried every combination 1 as I etc. The results showed the same thing, no record. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, is there anyway else to obtain the I-94? Any help will be great, thank you!

Make sure the info entered matches what is in the machine readable area of his passport. I found that in my wife's case, all of her names were in the "last name" field, and that threw it off. Once I knew, and entered it the same way on the I-94 request, it worked fine.

If it not helps to find it yourself through the website itself (make sure you have everything filled in correctly) you can call the airport where your fiance or you had the Port of Entry and explain what you need. In this case, an updated I-94. Keep your visa and passport by hand and your airline ticket when you call the airport CBP.

Edit: I had a non updated I-94. I emailed Detroit DTW I-94 corrections and they say it can take up to three days to respond, for me it took nearly two weeks. Call when you think they're not going to respond in time.

Thanks for the feedback, I had my husband go to the port of entry and they said with the visa and the parole they stapled to his passport that is fine for AOS - same thing as I94 they said. Tdidn'tidnt really say why his travel information was not showing up online. So we will go with that. Thanks
