Approved f2 petition,petitioner out of country

Hi my name is Allan, my brother and i were petitioned by my mother last 2008, i received a letter stating that my petition got approved together with my brother. However my mother is no longer in the state because of her medical condition that she can no longer work. She is here in the Philippines with us for almost 3 years. My question is that, can we still proceed with passing the requirement eventhough our petitioner is no longer living in the states? BTW, we have siblings living there in the states. I would like to hear from you... thank you in advance.

The visa you were petitioned for is for family reunification. Since your petitioner is no longer living in the US you can no longer pursue this route. If your siblings are USC they could petition you, current wait time is about 20 years.

So sad to hear that but thank you anyway... i hope there is any way possible because it is such a waste of time and money...
