Biometric appointment after green card interview

Hey I had my interview last April 2 weeks after they sent a request of police report which I sent 2 weeks after I got the request.2 months ago I looked up online and noticed that my case was out of processing time so I call and they made a case inquiry. They answer saying my case is still pending and if within 6 months I didn't get an answer to call back, in the mid time I need to renew my work permit if I wanted to keep working which I did. Last week I received I biometric appointment. My question is are they gonna take a decision on right after that or what is the next step

OP, can you clarify which process you are doing? You posted in the K1 fiance visa forum, but there is no greencard interview there. Your profile says F1 student visa, but your text mentions a work permit, which student visa holders do not get....

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
