The thing is, the pictures are not of him with his fiance, the pictures are of his fiance with ANOTHER person. Trying to prove a bonafide relationship when they have an open relationship may be difficult to explain.

Open marriages are not that uncommon. I would guess a bit less common than relationships where infidelity is present.

Anyway, description in the initial message were not of an open relationship, more of a "joint venture".
