That's clearly a huge mistake. I'm baffled at how you could commit such a mistake because pictures should be neatly displayed on

blank sheet of paper with the location it was taken and the date underneath it.

Once you have your WAC number from the USCIS, I would put the pictures you want on a piece of paper. Tape them down. Label them.
And then I would type a letter admitting that you made a careless mistake. And ask that they refrain from judging your character based

on those photos. You may want to say that everyone has their own lifestyle and you ask that they please respect that, and to please

remain professional as their job is to determine if you are a legitimate couple. That's their job, not to judge your lifestyle. Just ask that they

throw out your other photos and insert this into your file.

I'd stick to the apology and not pre-judging based on one's own error. That's their job, not to judge your lifestyle. Just ask that they

How many photos did you send? Our CO didn't give a hoot about the album of photos we sent. If you sent a ton, maybe you will get lucky enough to get a CO who will only glance at the first couple.

He may not have looked at them or even mentioned them during the interview but when you go to your interview your package didn't arrive in that morning's mail. It has been sitting at the embassy for about a month, during which time the officers have been combing through everything in it to reach their decision. It would be very naive to think that the CO touches your package for the very first time the minute your number is called to the window at the embassy.

Since most are in a joking mood, since right now I'm not and I did understand your post, your issue is going to come from the embassy side during the interview, the mere fact that in this process your having to prove to a stranger that your intentions are bona fide will be a daunting task as the pics you mistakenly sent in would show other wise! OP, while these pics 'might' cause a few questions when it comes to your fiances interview if you are as open and unashamed of your sexual lifestyle then be honest. This is something you enjoy as a couple and no-one really has any right to judge you on it. Trying to hide it might send the wrong message that you're trying to cover up a more serious lack of bona-fide relationship.

What's done is done and you'll have to roll with it. What I don't envy is the conversation where you tell your fiance about it! And she will need to be told so it doesn't come as a shock on interview day.

As above - what you do in your own time is your business and no one else's.

Some couples are into some pretty odd stuff but again, it's their business and everyone has a right to do as they please.

So if nothing illegal as such is happening in the photos I really wouldn't worry. Sending in a letter of apology looks suspect - what are you apologising for? Having a sexual relationship with your partner?

Forget it happened... Cross the bridge if it ever comes to it.
