I sent inappropriate pictures to USCIS by mistake. What can I do?

They may have seen it all, but from OP's first post I understood that they're in an open relationship and his fiancée was in the picture with a friend, not OP.

USCIS may not be so understanding in this case, when the picture is of the beneficiary with someone else, not the petitioner.

More likely to be an issue at the Embassy/Consulate level, but I agree that there is potential for issues at the USCIS level.

I would stop payment on the check and re-send entire package without questionable pics. All you lose is couple of weeks instead of taking risks..

I may be wrong seeing I new VJ but I have spent days and hours reading through cases and post. If I am not mistaken don't you get your package back at check in at the embassy before you go up to the window for your interview. I say this because my case will be at Ghana Embassy and allot of post I read said they were given their items back before the interview. So if that's the case couldn't the pictures be removed before CO see them. Also can someone tell me how I can post a question I only can reply to others post but cant seem to post my own question

No, once a file is submitted, the petitioner and/or beneficiary will not have access to it at any time so it will not be possible to remove the pictures.

How many photos did you send? Our CO didn't give a hoot about the album of photos we sent. If you sent a ton, maybe you will get lucky enough to get a CO who will only glance at the first couple.

Your approved petition doesn't get send to the Embassy in The Hague but to the Consulate in Amsterdam.

My fiancee lives in the Netherlands and I am from Texas. We have been dating for 2 years and I visited her 4 times throughout this time. I just started her K1 after following the guides on here but I made a mistake. We are both sexually open and there is nothing wrong with that since it's our business. During my last trip. We spent some time traveling to take pictures (Van Gogh Museum and Anne Frank House) to send in when I started the process. We also used the same camera at our hotel to take some naughty pictures. I was so stupid and didn't pay attention to go through the pictures once I made it back to Texas. I just got the pictures developed at my brother's studio and sent them in along with our application. I only realized today when I couldn't find the rest of the pictures. There are pictures in there that show her and a friend <content removed>. Again, I'm not ashamed of these things since it's nothing illegal but the USCIS should have never have gotten these. I have not received NOA1 yet but they should have received my packet on Thursday of last week. Is there any way I can get them to cancel the packet or send it all back. I'm afraid that they will see these pictures and make conclusions about us. My fiancee doesn't even know that I made this mistake but I'm sure she will flip out if I have to tell her. Any help would be appreciated.

Whatever you do don't tell her, you'll be the only person in history to have divorce filed against them before they're even married.
