Mohammed and Danielle, Nicole and Azan are the only soap operas my husband and I watch together. I cringed while watching the first few episodes of Nicole, not so much Azan but her... wow! Being naive is giving her to much credit.... should their relationship continue I would hope that girl picks up every single book she can find relating to Morocco and Islam even. Hotdogs aren't gonna cut it with this guy and if she knows nothing of Ramadan, oh boy!! Now as far as Mohamed and Danielle, its as obvious as a $3 bill that he's a cheat and a fraud but Danielle isn't much better..... If she cared about her life as much as she cared about her social media BS she'd have never applied for his AOS, what the hell was she thinking when she did that. After he took the first trip away without her, that should have been it. Watching their wedding out in a backyard was hard and also during Ramadan, did she know nothing of this when he booked his ticket? for Petes sake. And Azan as far as you thinking that Nicole is the definition of a "Christian girl", you would be wrong.. a born and raised American girl, YES...most definitely. for the rest of the couples on the shows..... Anfisa needs to be shipped back ASAP, Alla is more of a grown up than Matt. Chantel and Pedro were fine at the beginning but then nothing was adding up.. her brother seemed to know that if he was a student he should speak better English, how she was able to sponsor him only working part time and just the whole deceitfulness of not telling her parents until a few days before they had to get married.... either they were in on it or the show asked her to take this direction because I don't think she would have been so ill prepared for her own wedding. The woman with the Nigerian man.... i hope they expose him as the con he is. The Happily Ever after couples... i love Kyle and Noon, and hope the best for them and hopefully her dad pulls through the problems he's having.... there shouldn't be any reason other than financial that they/she cant go visit with her family for a while. Alexi and Lauren.... its kinda like watching paint dry. Paola and Russ.... i don't see the spark here, at all. She's really into herself and saying that she would choose modeling over her husband..... pretty much shows him how high on the totem pole he is. Daya and (?) don't really seem to have much going on except some family drama and buying a house. I guess for TLC's sake its a good thing that the average American doesn't truly understand the K-1 visa or maybe even legal immigration for that matter.

Ruh roh. This is on Azan's twitter. https://twitter.com/JustAzan/status/788478784332849152

Well, I don't think he's here, and I don't think he's behind this Twitter page at all. It doesn't add up, and the few things he types in other languages translates perfectly in Google Translate. Anyone who's used Google Translate knows that never happens..

Also, this looks like it's in front of the Starbucks in Marrakesh. Same clothes as his profile picture, so I think it was taken on her trip there. You can see the aqua colored shirt of some guy in both.

There aren't many Starbucks around Morocco so they are pretty recognizable:)

I love how Nicole is shamed for wearing shorts, but Azan shirtless and with his pants almost giving a peekaboo is fine. I'd link it, but the latest pics on his twitter are not VJ family friendly. Girrrrrllll, this guy is vain and definitely not a good choice. He is like a nicer Mohammad.

They could have gotten married and are waiting for the visa, he is posting pics about his "love" — the only pics they have. I think it's clear to all that he will not get any visa by the time the show is over, but that doesn't mean something isn't in the works.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Oh, I didn't even consider that they could have gotten married while she was there.

They definitely had enough time to get it done.

They might have filed by now but he's definitely not here in the US yet, and it's clear they're still together (either that or Nicole is still attached to him), but I am looking forward to seeing whatever drama comes up between them in this next episode...looks like the bliss of the proposal doesn't last long!

I doubt they'll get their K-1 on the first shot. Getting engaged on the first visit adds another hurdle/red flag to overcome, in addition to the red flags Nicole mentioned in their audition tape/first episode about the timeline of their relationship.

My Convoluted Story (see my profile for more details)

Mar 2010 - Visited Morocco for the first time, got engaged

May 2015 - Reconciliation
Nov 2015 - Vacation together in Spain (7th in-person visit with each other)
I-130/IR-1 (second time around)
4 Feb 2016 - Priority Date
19 Apr 2016 - NOA2

17 May 2016 - NVC Case Number Assigned

To be fair, some of these relationships are odd to say the least, but you will see much weirder and nastier situations on VJ.

You know that whole "schadenfreude" thing? I've never really ascribed to that because people suffering really isn't my jam but MAN do i enjoy reading the ridiculous threads on that Effects of Major Family Changes On Immigration Benefits board

idk that "terrorist husband" one from this morning is a real doozy!

I've seen a lot of fakes get called out too though. I wonder how bored you have to be to create a fake account on an immigration board just to tell some crackpot story.

then again someone was speculating Nicole's done that with the Azan twitter so whoooo knooooows
