Is divorce decree needed?

Hi Everyone-

I have a question about divorce decrees rule. If someone could help , it will be highly appreciated!

I got my first GC through marriage to a US citizen, but then i got my second GC after I was already divorced to my US spouse.

My question is: When I am applying for Naturalization now do I still have to send my divorce decree if I have already done that once when I was applying for Removing Conditions?

Thank you!

If applying under the 5 year rule, as mentioned above, you won't need to send in the divorce decree, but even under the 5 year rule, there's a good chance that the interviewer will ask for it at the interview. So you should make sure you have it available.

Thank you for your information to both of you!

Yes, I was thinking that I should definitely have the divorce decree with me on the interview since they might ask, but I wasn't sure if I should send it in while applying for Naturalization, since I already did that when I applied for Removing Condition.

And I am applying based on 5 years, not 3 years marriage.
