Good day All,

I am new here and I don't know if this topic belongs to the right sub forum.

Me and my fiance are just starting to assemble documents to file K1 Visa. We got almost everything except for the Conviction Records my Petitioner he has in the past. It was more or less 20 years ago. We are having a hard time getting the records and where to look. He is trying to look into the municipal courts. He had a domestic violence against his roommate. To cut the long story short, his roommate has robbed him of his stuffs then it got ugly and it resorted to a big fight. He got in jail for that for 30 days. With this said, what are the chances that we might get denied or possibilities that we might get approved?

I am from Philippines and my fiance is from Arizona.

Thanks all. :)

He can contact the records clerk at the arresting agency and county courthouse where it happened. They will mail the police report and court records to him for a fee. If he can't go in person
