Yup.. disclose before they find out.. On the forms, they ask for "arrests, convictions,etc".. so refusing to disclose it means lying. misrepresentation is punishable with ban under immigration law. W

I was super nervous too but then hiding my arrest would put in more trouble.. its just not this visa.. when you apply your citizenship they will open your file again and go through everything again and if they find out anyone lied they can deport back.. so its very serious.. my attorney told me mention each detail and specially in current political environment they just need a reason.. now at least they have all my record and I have nothing to fear..
